Nose
Complex and intriguing - Violets, roses, cinnamon spice mocca / chocolate all evident. Well integrated subtle oak (French).
Palate
Excellent acid balance – long palate – lingering flavours – very clean finish. Cherries, spices, cinnamon, cocoa / chocolate.
Note: both wines are hand made, natural processes and unfiltered – no additions except minimal sulphur added.
